Close to the airport and has a 24-hour IHOP next door, which is convenient. Rooms were outdated and not all were clean, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Not the best for a long stay, but okay for a quick overnight if you need proximity to the airport.

Close to the airport and great shuttle service. The room had a musty smell and limited breakfast options. Friendly staff and a convenient IHOP nearby.

This hotel is very close to the Tampa airport which made my arrival and departure a breeze and not only that it’s within walking distance to several great restaurants like Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse which are just a few steps away allowing for a nice evening stroll after dining and for those who want to explore more the Tampa Riverwalk and the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts are less than 7 kilometers away providing perfect spots for leisurely walks and picturesque views but I did find the room could use some updates like replacing burnt-out light bulbs and more thorough maintenance.

I absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere at this spot! 😍 The outdoor swimming pool was a blast and a perfect way to unwind. Plus, it’s just a short walk to some amazing restaurants – don’t miss Loli's for scrumptious Mexican food!

Free shuttle service to and from the airport was a lifesaver. The hotel is right next to good restaurants, so no need to drive far for food.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but worth the cost.

The room was clean upon arrival, which was a relief. A microwave and fridge provided convenience for snacks. the carpet was stained and felt grimy underfoot. The bed was comfortable, but I found blood on the sheets, necessitating a room change. Temperature control worked well, yet the door had poor insulation, letting in noise. The presence of bugs and worms was unsettling. The TV was compatible with Firestick, a nice touch. Despite broken bathroom locks and malfunctioning toilets, the shuttle service and nearby dining options were convenient. Staff seemed overwhelmed but offered what assistance they could.

I woke up to find a cockroach scuttling around the bathroom, and it completely freaked out my daughter. Despite the management's promise to help, we just couldn't stick around after that.

I could easily visit top attractions like Busch Gardens, enjoy a free breakfast, a swim in the pool, and fast Wi-Fi. A great central location for exploring Tampa.
I loved having to constantly get new keycards and struggle with doors not opening. Simply delightful!

Location is decent, near the airport with restaurants within walking distance. Reception staff, particularly Shavonne, was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel had basic amenities like a microwave and fridge, which I appreciated. major issues are undeniable. My room was broken into; belongings gone, window smashed. The decor is tired, needs updating and thorough cleaning. Early check-in fees were unjustified. Basic maintenance is lacking: stained carpet, faulty door locks, and poor bathroom conditions are hazards. Breakfast was uninspiring and the lack of luggage carts was inconvenient. Accessibility requests were ignored. If you're in need of a brief overnight stay, consider other options. This place does not deliver value for money.

It felt unsafe at night without security cameras, especially when approached by an unkempt stranger. Plus, the absence of an elevator made lugging heavy bags exhausting. Internet issues and a broken shower didn’t help the situation. I experienced unwarranted hostility from management, adding stress to an already uncomfortable stay. It’s a shame—there was potential, but the oversights overshadowed the positives.

I absolutely loved how this place is just a few steps away from excellent dining options like Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse and it’s also very close to great attractions like Raymond James Stadium and Cypress Point Park which are just a short walk or drive away making it super convenient for weekend strolls and exploring the city while being a quick drive to the airport for early flights but the hotel itself could definitely use some improvements in cleanliness and overall maintenance.

The front desk guy, Carlos, is a rockstar! He organized my shuttle and was super friendly, plus the hotel's proximity to the airport is a major win.
Breakfast felt more like a snack attack with expired fruit cups.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was delightful! The shuttle service was reliable and efficient, with helpful drivers who assisted us with our luggage. The location was convenient, with a mall within walking distance and a popular restaurant right next door for a quick bite to eat before exploring the city.
The room furnishings seemed a bit worn out, with stained carpets, curtains that needed replacement, and a noisy air conditioner that struggled to cool the room adequately.

Great value for the price with an excellent location near various dining options and a shopping mall. Opted for an early check, in for a nominal fee of $50, perfect for our red, eye flight schedule.
Outdated facilities; the Wi, Fi was out for an extended period, and the room needed updates.

I chose La Quinta for its proximity to Raymond James Stadium, but the free shuttle service pleasantly surprised me. The hotel's location near International Plaza and Bay Street was also a great convenience for shopping and dining options.

The room itself was pretty comfortable and clean, which was a big plus for me. I also really appreciated the airport shuttle service they provided. It was on time and super helpful after a long day of traveling. Now, on the flip side, there were definitely some areas that needed improvement. For starters, the lack of privacy in one of the rooms really bothered me. I mean, who wants to shower and use the restroom in front of their family with no door? Not ideal, to say the least. And the fact that the doors didn't lock properly was a safety concern for sure. Another issue was the cleanliness of the rooms. Blood-stained sheets and dirty carpets with spots all over them? Not exactly what you want to see when you're supposed to be relaxing. And don't even get me started on the expired fruit cups at breakfast. Yikes. the front desk staff, like Carlos, really stood out. They were friendly and went out of their way to help, which I appreciated. But overall, the experience left a lot to be desired. From old, dated facilities to unhelpful management in the case of incidents like a hit-and-run in the parking lot, there were definitely some major drawbacks to consider. So, if you're looking for a quick and budget-friendly stay, La Quinta might do the trick. Just be prepared for some ups and downs along the way.

We loved that La Quinta was right next door to a Longhorn Steak House, Olive Garden, and IHOP, giving us plenty of dinner options. the location was fantastic, and the people at the front desk were very pleasant.

The kids absolutely loved exploring them! catching a game at Raymond James Stadium was a highlight for the whole family. The hotel's close proximity made it convenient and enjoyable.
For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for kids.

We were so close to the swank International Mall for dope shopping and just a quick walk to the Florida Aquarium. Plus, we got to catch a sick game at Raymond James Stadium - total vibe!
The only thing we would've loved is a killer rooftop pool party scene for some extra fun! .

Staying at this hotel was convenient due to its close proximity to the airport. The free airport shuttle was a great perk, and the fact that they allowed us to keep our car parked at the hotel was a bonus. The front receptionist, Carlos, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and resolved any issues promptly. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations, making it a great value for the price.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. The halls and walkways were dirty and littered, and the room had a bad odor.

the rooms were clean - beds were comfy, and staff was helpful. the hotel is close to the airport and surrounded by restaurants like ihop - olive garden, and longhorn steakhouse. also, the water pressure was good and the ac worked well. easy pick up and drop off for uber.
